Summary: Nous avons passé toute ma famille et moi même d 'ecellentes vacances dans cette région (j ' en profite pour vous dire que cette région bénéficie d' un climat très ensoleillé). Une maison vaste 3 chambres 3 salles de bains et toillettes, 2 TV, 2 salles à manger, un terrain clos et fleuri vous pouvez aussi manger sur la terrasse faire un barbecue.Vous serez à proximité de pleins de lieux à visiter, le plus des propriétaires très sympathiques .En un mot nous pouvons que vous conseiller cette location.

Summary: Superbe location de vacances ! En effet, tout est très bien : une grande maison très propre et agréable environnée de champs de tournesol et de vignes, un jardin tranquille et clos, une terrasse où l'on peut manger dehors et faire un barbecue, beaucoup de visites à faire dans les alentours, des magasins pas trop éloignés pour faire les courses....des propriétaires très sympathiques !

Summary: Wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in einem urigen, geräumigen Haus, das ehemals als Bauernhof genutzt wurde. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber völlig in Ordnung. Der Garten ist ein Traum: alter Baumbestand spendet Schatten, die überdachte Hauptterrasse zeigt nach Süd-Westen, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Zwei Grills und ein zusätzlicher Außenherd stehen zur Verfügung. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig (aber auch einsam). Der Fernseher bietet nur französische Sender. Zum nächstgelegenen Strand (Mescher) muss man 11 km fahren. Das ist allerdings kein Atlantikstrand mit hoher Brandung, sondern das Ende der Flussmündung der Gironde. Das Wasser sieht durch den aufgewirbelten Sand eher braun aus, ist aber sauber. Kritisch für uns: es gibt in der ganzen Region nur einen Hundestrand. Wer nicht jeden Tag zum Strand fahren will, kann in die Umgebung schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Fahrradwege sind die Ausnahme. Fußläufig erreichbar (in Arces) liegt ein kleines Restaurant, in dem man relativ preiswert sehr fein französisch essen kann. Hier spricht man auch englisch. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglichen.

Summary: Propriétaires très sympathiques, et très accueillants, sans exagérer nous avons eu l'impression d'être reçu par des parents dans une maison de famille . La maison est très bien tenue très propre, et vaste, il ne manque rien, notre chien a particulièrement apprécié le grand jardin. Le silence et le calme règne en maître aux alentours quel dépaysement.Les balades à pieds, les visites divers et variés sont aussi nombreuses qu'intéressantes. Nous conseillons cette location tout particulièrement à l'occasion de réunions familiales.

Summary: Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison en avril, avec 2 jeunes enfants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires, la propreté irréprochable de la maison, l'espace dans la maison, le jardin avec chaises longues, terrasse abritée, les alentours avec Talmont à 2 min et beaucoup de choses superbes à voir. Très bonne literie et très bon équipement cuisine, ménage et documentations touristiques. A conseiller

Summary: M et Mme DURET sont des hôtes trés sympathiques et accueillants.Leur maison est spacieuse,agréable et bien agencée;la cuisine est bien équipée et vous trouverez tout pour préparer de bons petits plats. L'environnement est calme mais non isolé,et l'endroit est proche des lieux touristiques. Nous sommes maintenant des habitués et nous passons nos vacances régulièrement chez M et Mme DURET.
